Bollywood super star Shahrukh Kahn responded on the CBFC chairman Pahalaj Nihalani’s decision to ban 28 cuss words from Indian cinemas. The SRK reportedly suggested the CBFC to categorize the movies with various certifications.

Censor board is there to see thoroughly to ensure no negative output from the screening of the particular movie. Their duty is to analyse the picture if any violations occurred in the angle of racism, castism, regionalism, and communalism.

However, the CBFC board members varied on the ban, as majority stood against the move to ban 15 Hindi and 13 English abusive words and expressions. The CBFC so far certified the movies with A, UA, and U according to the nature of the movie and appropriation to the viewers’ age.
