Ex-flames Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are back in headlines and for some really sexy reason.

The one-time lovers have been voted as the sexiest man and woman alive on the planet. Whoa!

A Youth Survey 2014 conducted by Hindustan Times reveals that the 'Dabangg' Khan is the most desirable “movie” man, while his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif, the most fanciable female star.

The survey, which took into account sought-after celebs across Bollywood and Hollywood, had names like Ranbir Kapoor, Johhny Depp, Brad Pit, Robert Drowney Jr, Robert Pattinson, Daniel Craig and of course Salman Khan running for the coveted title in the man category and actresses like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan, Bipasha Basu, Angelina Jolie, Chitranga Singh, Beyonce and Alia Bhatt in the female.

While “Kick” superstar Salman Khan outdid all other hunks in the male category with an average score of 36 percent, “Bang Bang” actress Katrina Kaif topped the study with a cool 34 percent score.

A whopping 36 percent male and female respondents who took the survey voted Salman as the sexiest man. Around 28 percent male respondents voted Katrina Kaif as the sexiest actress alive while 39 percent female respondents agreed to the same.

Quite interestingly, Salman capped Katrina's alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor by a margin of seven percent. Ranbir Kapoor was voted the second sexiest man alive with an average of 29 percent. On the other hand, Katrina trounced Deepika Padukone by 14 percent, who stood next in the list with 19 percent.
